Bible-ripping Case: Behemoth frontman Adam Darski Found Not Guilty of Hurting  Religious Sentiments
The Polish singer Behemoth frontman Adam Darski already has been acquitted last year, but the prosecutors appealed the verdict. Darski, who is commonly known as Nergal - the Babylonian god mentioned in the Book of Kings, is an eminent personality in his country.

Judge Krzysztof Wieckowski said in his final verdict that the court had no meaning of limiting freedom of expression or the right to criticize religion.

The musician said on his band's website that he was pleased with the verdict.

According to Polish news agency PAP, quoted by British newspaper The Guardian, Darski also called the Bible "a deceitful book" and the church a "criminal sect". But members of the audience who were testified during court hearing said their religious feelings had not been harmed despite the fact they were Christians.
